Design 1905 C1 Dyna II and Falcon
Two boats were built to this design by Palmer Johnson of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Dyna II is a sloop. The design brief was for a (somewhat) luxurious cruiser/racer. Falcon is a ketch and was designed strictly as a cruising boat. The design was extensively tank tested. The year was 1969.

The following images are both interior and exterior shots of Falcon. This is a good example of using a race-worthy hull as a platform for a cruising design.
